Given Avante’s renewed strategy and reorganisation of the business into strategic business units, it was a better strategic fit to have Architronics wholly owned by the Company. Our belief was based on that with 100% ownership the Company will be able to create a unified culture across business units, promote cross-selling, reduce overhead, align key executives with the renewed corporate strategy, and ultimately increase top and bottom lines.

Intelligarde was Avante’s first foray into the commercial guarding industry and a first step in building a national technology enabled security solutions provider and a one-stop shop for large national clients. This acquisition allows Avante to offer a broader range of services to clients in the GTA as well as provide an entrance to Western Canada through Winnipeg. Intelligarde provides Avante a significant platform to offer large, national clients technology enabled security solutions.

Avante purchased 100% of the shares of Watermark on the belief that given Watermark’s client base and market penetration in the Muskoka market that we will be able to achieve significant synergies and cross-selling opportunities with our client base in the GTA.

Avante Partnership
Veridin’s most significant issue was the lack of growth capital as they begun to scale exponentially. Avante purchased 100% of the shares of Veridin from Colin and made additional investments in the business to turbo charge growth. Under Avante’s stewardship and financial resources, Veridin will be able to accelerate its growth providing significant returns to Avante and shareholders. Veridin’s network of industry-leading partners will also provide Avante greater access to innovative products and partners.
